Stone water features and bubblers need to be connected to plumbing which makes the water flow. Our Fountain Plumb Kit connects the basalt column to the water-carrying hose. JB Weld WaterWeld Epoxy which has the consistency of a putty is wrapped around a fitting which has screw-in threads and placed in to the core-drilled plumbing of the stone itself. This gives the stone a fitting in which a hose can be directly attached. The plumb kit comes with one tube of epoxy, one metal fitting which is married to the basalt column, and one ¾” fitting which screws in to the metal fitting with its opposite end being a male end on which the hose is attached.
